  1. Shake before use
  2. Place 2-3 drops under the tongue
  3. 2-3 times a day
  4. Swallow after 90 seconds

This is the correct dose of full-spectrum CBD oil drops to start with. But if you are looking for something stronger, gradually build up to the required strength with our titration pack. But regardless of the strength, you’ll feel all the therapeutic benefits of our high-quality products – with none of the psychoactive effects that come with cannabinoid THC.
