CBD Oil 5%

Our lightest blend – ideal if you are just beginning with CBD. 

10ml bottle contains 5% CBD extract equivalent to 500mg. Each drop contains approximately 2.5mg CBD.

Directions
Shake before use.  Place 2-3 drops under the tongue 3 times a day. Swallow after 90 seconds.

The Food Standards Agency do not advise exceeding a maximum daily dosage of 70mg CBD, so in the case of 20% CBD that would equate to 7 drops, and for 30% CBD that would be the equivalent of 4 drops – 2 drops twice a day.
